Founded by Condit in 2006, CatholicSpeakers.com has grown to become the largest Catholic-focused speakers bureau in the world - spreading the Word of God by promoting and representing professional speakers of Faith that do it best. The Catholic Speakers Organization represents and books 400+ diocesan approved Catholic speakers all over the world for any type of event or public appearance enriching communities everywhere. Along side the agency, Condit is also the producer, director and chairman of the National Catholic Men’s Conference, an annual event held in Cincinnati, OH to help men of all ages and faiths grow closer in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Men from all over the world fly in to attend this event.

Condit was awarded the prestigious business award in Cincinnati, Ohio “40 under 40” in 2011 and has been nationally recognized as a key business influencer in several of the industries he is involved. Condit was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH as one of six children and the third oldest of 91 first cousins. He is known for saying, "I don’t brag about anything in life except about my family and friends.” Condit was born and raised in an incredibly big Catholic family. Condit graduated from the prestigious Miami University of Ohio and today hails from Austin, TX.
